Moo Mang Mee Ltd. operates primarily as a Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) food business supplying frozen food products to individual customers within the United Kingdom.

All products are supplied frozen and must be stored at -18°C upon delivery.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is accurate and that someone is available to receive the parcel on the delivery date.

Once an order has been dispatched, Moo Mang Mee Ltd. cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services.

All products must be thoroughly cooked before consumption.

Moo Mang Mee Ltd. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary.
