Due to the perishable nature of frozen food products, we are unable to accept returns once the order has been dispatched.
If your order arrives damaged or defrosted, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Refunds or replacements may be issued at the discretion of Moo Mang Mee Ltd. where a product fault or delivery issue has been verified.
We are unable to offer refunds for failed deliveries where no one was available to receive the parcel.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
