PRODUCT HANDLING
Keep refrigerated or frozen until ready to cook.
Once defrosted, cook within 24 hours.
Do not refreeze after defrosting.
Wash hands and cooking utensils thoroughly after handling raw product.
COOKING TIME
Approximate cooking time: 15–20 minutes.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Oven:
Preheat oven to 190°C (Fan 170°C) / Gas Mark 5.
Place sausages in a baking tray and cook for 20–25 minutes, turning once during cooking.
Pan Fry (Defrost before cooking):
Heat a small amount of oil over low to medium heat.
Fry for 12–15 minutes, turning frequently.
Grill (Defrost before cooking):
Preheat grill to medium heat.
Grill for 15–20 minutes, turning occasionally.
SHELF LIFE
Refer to the Best Before date on the product packaging.
Usage

Storage
Keep frozen at -18°C or below.
