NUTRITION

PRODUCT HANDLING

Keep refrigerated or frozen until ready to cook.
Once defrosted, cook within 24 hours.
Do not refreeze after defrosting.
Wash hands and cooking utensils thoroughly after handling raw product.

COOKING TIME

Approximate cooking time: 5–8 minutes.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Boiling:
Bring water to a gentle boil.
Add meatballs and cook for 5–7 minutes or until heated through.

Deep Frying:
Heat oil to 160–170°C.
Fry meatballs for 3–5 minutes until crispy and hot inside.

Grill:
Preheat grill to medium heat.
Grill meatballs for 6–8 minutes, turning occasionally.
Ensure internal temperature reaches at least 75°C before serving.

Refer to the Best Before date on the product packaging.
